It is our mission at Prancing Paws Doggie Daycare to provide a clean, safe, stimulating, and fun environment for all of the dogs in our care.
We were the first to bring dog daycare to the Texarkana area in 2009 and we take great pride in our growing business. We are constantly educating ourselves on the ever-changing and evolving business of the dog world. We attend educational classes and trade shows to be sure we are always up on the latest and greatest!
We understand that dogs are family members – individuals with unique personalities and needs. We strive to create an atmosphere that lowers stress levels by providing stimulating activities during the day and a relaxing, calm environment for those who sleep over.
Our ultimate goal is to have every dog pull their owners through the door on their way into our daycare!
Prancing Paws Doggie Daycare fosters patience, tolerance, and love with many of the comforts of home. We are dedicated to ensuring the holistic well-being of all dogs placed in our care by nurturing their body, mind, and spirit.

We are family owned and operated and our family is dedicated to the furry family members of yours! At least one member of our family is always on-site when dogs are placed in our care - even throughout the night.

DAYCARE
A Stress-Free, Cage-Free Experience
Our dedicated staff works hard to make sure your dog feels comfortable and relaxed. Whether it’s their first daycare experience, or they’re seasoned regulars, their well-being is central to everything we do.
Included in your regular daycare fee, we schedule exciting daily activities such as splash pad play, pool time, treat hide and seek an more to keep your dog busy and guarantee a fun-filled day! There is a separate fee for special parties and events.
After a full day of tail-waggin', wrestling, and chasing fun on our indoor and outdoor playgrounds, your doggie will feel relaxed and fulfilled. At pick up, you will be greeted by a happy and worn-out pup.
SLEEPOVERS - Luxury Suites
Plenty of Love and Attention with Overnight Staffing
Our Luxury Suites provide accommodations for one dog or siblings to share. Our Pampered Pup Suite is fully decorated with all the comforts of home - including TV with dog-friendly programming!
All sleepover guests receive a nightly turn down service including fresh bedding and special treat of a peanut butter-stuffed Kong on their blanket!
We never charge extra for the TLC that makes your dog feel more comfortable during their time away from loving family. The one-on-one time at the end of the day is enjoyable for our staff as well as our guests.
Rest assured that we make certain no guest misses a meal even if that means adding a healthy tempting topping to their regular diet - at no additional cost to our clients. We always inform parents of any issues - diet related, or otherwise.
Full daycare services are included each day up to noon on the day of check-out.
If check-out after 12pm, daycare for 1/2 day will be added to account.
Sleepover guests during special holidays are provided a delicious holiday meal safe for dogs as an added bonus - no extra fee!
All of our doggie guests receive only the very best care from our staff and we pay close attention to every detail of their stay. We treat them all as our own and want them to call us their second home!
SLEEPOVERS - Pampered Pup Suite

We LOVE to pamper your pet!
Our spa is exclusively for our registered daycare and sleepover clients.
We do our best to make sure all dogs are relaxed and happy before and after their spa appointment. They are free to walk around, play with others, or take a nap. They are never in a cage and WE NEVER USE MUZZLES or sedation. We offer luxurious spa services with only the best human-grade products. Our goal is to make their spa experience as pleasant as possible. Lavender aromatherapy diffuses throughout our salon and classical music is played to help create a more relaxing environment.
We want your babies look and feel their very best! Our spa offers a wide variety of specialized treatments for your pampered pets. Our spa treatments include blueberry facials, specialized mud baths, aromatherapy baths, pawdicures, paw fizz treatment, massage, and more!

Our daycare doggie parents can capture those special moments in time with our photography service. Our annual photo sessions are: Easter, Summer, Fall/Halloween, & Christmas! Watch our social media feeds for updated information.
